Our Recruitment Process
- Screening: This stage involves reviewing resumes, portfolios, and initial assessments to screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit for the firm. Only shortlisted candidates from this stage will be contacted by our HR team.
- Assessment: Candidates who pass the screening stage are given additional assessments or assignments to evaluate their creative, digital, and strategic capabilities in more depth. - Interview: Selected candidates undergo interviews, including both behavioral and case interviews, to assess their problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit with the firm. Only shortlisted candidates from this stage will be contacted by our HR team.
- Offering: Upon successful completion of the interview stage, the firm extends job offers to the most suitable candidates. If necessary, the firm may conduct reference checks to verify the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Onboarding: Once candidates accept the offers, they go through the onboarding process, which includes paperwork, orientation sessions, and training programs to prepare them for their roles within the firm.
